This is Jacklyn Taylor. Jacklyn is a junior at Monte Vista and this will be her first year joining journalism. She is full Italian and would totally love it if she were part Hawaiian, mainly because she could spend countless of hours at the beach and really digs the islander vibe, along with the great culture. Jacklyn’s favorite sport is soccer and is greatly exceeding her talent within mustang soccer club. On her free time, Jacklyn enjoys babysitting any children and riding her skateboard. She also takes pride in connecting with her peers and making great friendships. Jacklyn will hope that by joining this class, she will be able to make a difference for the student community on and off campus. She is very excited to be working with new faces and can’t wait to see where journalism takes her as a writer!
