Hailey Capovilla, a current 12th grader here at Monte Vista, is both sadden and excited about concluding her last year of high school. She desires to become a broadcast journalist when she graduates college and has already begun the steps to gain experience in this field from professional reporters. Not only does she has a love to share information with the world, but to learn from the world as well. Hailey has always enjoyed traveling for its sense of adventure and the ability to absorb new information every day spent in a different country. On her wall in her room, she has a list of more than 20 countries written on her "Travel Bucket List" and over her 17 years has had the ability to cross of four of them: Italy, Japan, France, and the Bahamas.
