Maya Mahrous is a freshman at Monte Vista. This is her first year in journalism. She is looking forward to putting her writing skills to use and learning new skills to bring into other classes. Maya loves to hang out with her sister and go for drives while playing music. She misses her dogs during the school day and looks forward to seeing them when she gets home. She is ready to show her skill in writing.
