Vans originated in the 1960’s, in Anaheim, California. At the time these handmade shoes were known as Van Dorens. Vans are currently popular among the students at Monte Vista High School. Students Wyatt Bingaman, Jamie George, Paige Nishihira, Tyler Roller, and Stevee all love their vans!
