Junior Grace Livingston has been working at the Hick’ry Pit in Walnut Creek for 2 months. She works as a hostess so she mainly seats people, however she will sometimes do additional tasks such as bring people water. She chose to work at the Hick’ry Pit because she went there all the time growing up and has loved the food for as long as she can remember.While her first job out of school was a summer camp counselor, Ms. Peruso once worked for the government to bring foreign specialists into the US to learn from American specialists working in the same field.
